What should you expect upon receiving your package?

Tablets and capsules are securely sealed within durable, airtight bottles with screw caps for convenient usage.

Are the drugs sourced from reputable pharmaceutical firms?

Yes, the majority of the pharmaceutical firms supplying drugs internationally are the same trusted entities providing medications within the USA. While they may market the drugs under different brand names, they are essentially the same medications in generic form. We source our medicines from leading pharmaceutical companies in India, including Cipla Ltd., Sun Pharmaceutical Inds. Ltd., Aurobindo, Lupin, and others.

How long can you store our products?

Most of our products boast a shelf life ranging from 1 to 3 years. Please refer to the supplement label on the product page or bottle for the latest batch information. It’s advisable to refrain from consuming products after their expiry dates to ensure optimal safety and efficacy.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take to my country?

On average, shipping typically takes between 15 to 20 days, with a maximum deadline of 35 days.

What countries do we ship to?

We provide shipping services to numerous countries worldwide, including the USA, UK, and Australia. You can find a comprehensive list of shipping destinations on our billing page. If your country is not listed, unfortunately, we do not offer shipping services there.

What if my item has not arrived?

Please reach out to our support team if your item has not arrived within 40 days of the expected delivery date. In such cases, we initiate an investigation with the postal service and offer the option of reshipping your order for free or providing a refund upon the return of the product.

I suspect my order is being returned to you.

If you believe your order will be returned to us, please inform us promptly. Upon receipt, we will notify you via email. You can then choose to have the item resent (additional postage required) or receive a refund if the item remains unopened and in its original packaging.

PAYMENT

How can I make payment for my order?

We offer various payment options to suit your preferences, including PayPal, E-checks, Zelle, Amazon gift cards, Bitcoin, or Ethereum. For wholesale quantities, we can only accept bank transfers in Bitcoin or Ethereum.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been shipped?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped from the pharmacy, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may cancel your order before it’s dispatched, subject to a cancellation fee.

TRACKING AND COMMUNICATION

My order has been shipped, but the tracking numbers aren’t showing up. What’s the issue?

If tracking isn’t visible seven business days after being entered in your account, please contact us so we can investigate and address any potential delays.

I’m not getting confirmation emails from you.
